Charming trullos with typical and suggestive architecture, equipped with every comfort to comfortably accommodate 6 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with Jacuzzi, and large garden with patio, barbecue and parking spaces. The accommodation is located in a quiet and green hamlet of Martina Franca, a 10-minute drive from the center and in a convenient position to reach the other unmissable places in the area such as Ostuni, Locorotondo and Alberobello. The accommodation of about 160 sqm is located on the ground floor of a complex of trulli and has a large garden with barbecue. There are some steps outside and two inside to separate the rooms. ATTENTION: there is an external staircase that leads to the roof, be careful if traveling with small children. The space is divided as follows: - KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and traditional oven - LIVING ROOM with dining table, armchairs and TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and internal BATHROOM equipped with wc, shower box and bidet - BEDROOM II with double bed, clothes stand and chest of drawers - BEDROOM III with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet and Jacuzzi - BATHROOM III equipped with wc and shower box - Covered PATIO equipped with table and chairs - LAUNDRY ROOM with sink and washing machine Private outdoor parking with parking spaces is available. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, underfloor heating, mosquito nets, video intercom, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B.: the fireplaces in the house are NOT functional.

The place is very beautiful with a very large garden surrounding the house, great for picnics, kite flying. The house was so beautiful and all rooms are on the same level. Place was heated for us. Only complain was that it was very misty when we arrived and it was difficult to locate the place based on goggle maps. Luckily host was responsive and helped. Great place to just spend time in the apartment especially with kids. Very safe grounds to run around.
siamo un gruppo di 3 coppie che viaggia sempre insieme e sempre vogliamo strutture che ci permettano di condividere appartamenti ma di rispettare la ns pravicy, e questa ha rispecchiato a pieno le ns esigenze. location molto bella e rispecchia a pieno l'idea del Trullo originale. curato in tutti i dettagli molto confortevole. host perfetto e disponibile ci ha dato ottime dritte per cenare. struttura consigliata soprattutto per gruppi che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza ma in pieno relax.
The place itself was very nice, well done, traditional trulli house, however, it was very remote with no shops or restaurants within 6km. The sat navigation couldn't find it but the host was already there and sent us the exact location.
Il trullo è molto comodo e attrezzato con grandi spazi interni ed esterni. E' immerso nella campagna pugliese e dista una quindicina di minuti da Martina Franca in automobile. Gianluca ,simpatico e amichevole ci ha accolto e ci ha dato consigli preziosi. Grazie
Tres belle expérience. Dormir dans un Trullo est à faire quand on est dans les Pouilles. Nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir choisi celui ci. Gianluca nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d’informations sur les choses à faire. C’est quelqu’un de très accueillant et disponible. Le trullo se trouve en campagne, il faut absolument une voiture.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
The accomodation is located in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes by car from the center and essential services such as bars, pharmacy and supermarket.
