Whether you come to rest or work, this accommodation will allow you to enjoy a cosy, relaxed and safe stay, in an environment that has green spaces, indoor and outdoor heated pools and much more. Observations to the general content: the work area are shared meeting rooms within the complex that must be reserved in advance at the concierge and do not have Wi-Fi. The loft offers a bright and comfortable space for the accommodation of one or two people. It is located in a complex that provides a very pleasant environment and provides permanent security and easy accessibility. It also has space for a car in the garage (the entrance sticker must be paid only once). The wifi in the loft is by fiber optic at 550/40 Mbps speed.

El departamento es como se muestra en las fotos, es silecioso y comodo. Tenes disponiblidad para las piletas climatizada, jacuzzi, pileta al aire libre, gym, espacio de juegos, tambien te dan una cochera y el mismo garaje hay unos changuitos que podes usar si no tenes bolsas para el super podes cargarlas y llevarlas hasta el depto. Hay buena señal de wifi, las tv tienen chromecast. El departamento esta super equipado tenias "de todo" para la cocina , baño y habitacion. Es el mejor depto que visité en cuanto a equipamiento. Hay dos aires, toallas, jabon, detergente, repasador, platos, copas, tazas, te, aceite, etc. Realmente volveria a ir, ademas tenes supermecado 24hs abierto enfrente del edificio (eso ayudó bastante) y otro supermecado ta-ta en una de las esquinas. La playa se encuentra a 3 cuadras. En caso que no vayas en auto hay muchas lineas de colectivo.

I highly recommend Silvana's place. It's in a very nice neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from the beach, with plenty of services and shopping around. In just a couple of blocks from the apartment, you can find a grocery store, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher, a florist, a couple of restaurants and even an optician. There's also a bus stop right at the corner, with plenty of bus lines to pretty much everywhere in the city. The apartment itself is just as described, very modern, well appointed, with plenty of light and a two-floor layout that makes it very spacious and airy. The complex where the apartment is located has indoor and outdoor pools, a laundry room and meeting facilities. Also, the place is very safe, with 24/7 monitored entry. Overall, a great find and a great place to stay.
El loft es tal cual se ve en las imagenes, Muy comodo, tiene todo lo que se describe . La comunicacion con sabina fue muy buena . Volveria en caso de necesitar . Gracias
