Nice place to stay, good value for money, comfortable furniture and excellent internet. The location is also very convenient being nearby to close shops. The place is also very clean. Communication was always good as any issue was always swiftly resolved. All the staff on site are helpful and friendly. You do not hear noise within the corridor adjacent. Nonetheless, it is a very nice place to stay which I can definitely recommend.

Kubilay war unsere erste Airbnb Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief einfach und reibungslos. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum Ortaköy entfernt. Wir hatten das Zimmer 102 im Erdgeschoß. Ein kleines Manko ist die hellhörigkeit des Zimmers. Die Hauseingangstür hört man sehr gut, sowie wenn andere Bewohner das Haus verlassen oder kommen. Wahrscheinlich minimiert sich das wenn ein Zimmer in eine der oberen Etagen bewohnt wird. Alles in allem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Kubilay in Ortaköy. Definitive Weiterempfehlung unsererseids. Danke!!

The place was clean, well situated and perfect for all of our needs. The center is easily accessible via buses and everything you might need is within a 5 minute walk.
