David is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful and the property is extremely spacious, modern, close to the beach, airport but in the same time Old San Juan could be reach by Uber, taxi.

Great condo. Surpassed our expectations. Clean, comfortable, secure and very well equipped.

The place inside was nice and provided breakfast food to eat. However the neighbor directly across the hall made us feel uncomfortable. She had security came to the pool saying we weren’t allowed to use it. Left notes outside the apartment door that Airbnb weren’t allowed. Her door had a locked gate and ring doorbell watching us. We felt harassed.. She left note’s outside the door that Airbnb is not allowed.

Nice place and location. We dinned at a locale restaurant that we walked to. We stayed one night as we had an early morning flight back to Miami. It worked very well. Was very nice that they had some food available (fruit, sandwich items and coffee. Master bed was very comfortable.
