We couldn’t ask for better. Perfect apartment for our two couple. The space was clean and so comfortable. I don’t think we could’ve asked for a better location. Great restaurants, coffee, and shopping just out the door. If you are visiting Paris, I highly recommend this apartment.

I highly recommend this Paris Airbnb for many reasons: 1. Located in a safe and lovely neighborhood; 2. The apartment is new, clean and modern, but located in an interesting historical building. The apartment has many windows and is located on a quiet street; 3. The beds were very comfortable; 4. The bathrooms and showers were great with hot water and perfect water pressure; 5. Restaurants, shopping and metros are conveniently located near the apartment. The hosts provided us with a list of neighborhood restaurants, shopping and activity recommendations 6. It's walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The best part was that our host Nicholas greeted us when we arrived and took the time to show us the apartment and suggested activities for our trip. He also gave us a bottle of champagne:) This apartment was perfect for two couples. I was concerned about having only one toilet, but it was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Look no further if you want an awesome apartment in Paris. I didn’t think the apartment could live up to the reviews because they were so good and it didn’t. It exceeded them! I have only 10s to give for our family of 4: the apartment itself is very, very nice and fully equipped in a great building that is super safe, the location is perfect and accessible to everything Paris has to offer, Thomas and Nicolas were extremely responsive and helpful. Nicolas arranged for a private walking tour of Paris for us that was phenomenal as well as drivers to and from the airport. They run this place like a high end hotel which is rarely the case with short term rentals. I cannot say enough good things about it and hope to one day return.

We stayed in this apartment in the Marais when bringing our teenage daughter to Paris for the first time. We could not have been happier staying here. The hosts were helpful and responsive and gave us many great recommendations for restaurants, shops, and activities. They were warm, friendly, and always responsive. The apartment was beautiful, modern, and their sense of design was impeccable. We loved being in the Marais with easy access to all Paris has to offer.
