Absolutely gorgeous home. My family had a blast. Clean, spacious, great amenities and location!!! Responsive host. I loved the house name, “Destined for Heaven”, and the owner’s background story and mission work. We will definitely be back!!
Home was beautiful and in a wonderful location! Love the many bedrooms and bathrooms….great for large groups. It was advertised in the listing that the kitchen came stocked with basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, dish soap), however none of these items were available and we personally had to purchase. Having a kitchen is amazing, especially for families or large groups and it would be awesome to have the little things handy. The grill wasn’t clean and flames were really high when we first turned it on. I would also suggest having more garbage bags and laundry soap available for guests as these were very limited and we had to purchase these items as well. Overall, great house and great communication from owners!

There is not a mass transit system available and Uber and Lyft have limited availability. We have partnered with a local Car Service: "30A Black Car" who can provide shuttle service to and from the airport and in the area. Destin/Ft. Walton airport (airport code VPS) is only 30 minutes from the house. Many houses come with a golf cart or you can rent one. We also have a VIP services page with additional local transport options.

The Story of Destin Dreamers: In 2016 our founder, Christopher R. Harper, was diagnosed with a degenerative nerve condition and the best doctors in North America gave him 8-10 years before he would be immobile and incapable of walking. Christopher gave away his multi-million dollar company to a godly man in Colorado and moved his family to Destin without knowing how he would make an income or how God would provide but adamant that he would see those last days with his family to the fullest. Our family was told, after the countless surgeries, that the ongoing pain would only get worse since the condition was degenerative. The most we could hope for, after a consistent regiment of pain medicine, was an ability to "cope" with life. Can I tell you that today Christopher is completely healed! After a year here in Destin, you can find Christopher on surf boards (falling more than surfing), running with his kids along the beach and fishing as though he was never affected by his condition. Having not taken a single pain pill in over a year and not even needing the surgically implanted device in his spine to help control his pain, God truly has healed Chris. He refuses to allow a diagnosis determine his future when God is the author & finisher of his faith. Chris and Jamie saw a need for a quality property management company that serves both the guests & owners.
