The home was nice, furniture was good. The house did not have enough toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags. Their trash can in the kitchen really sucks & their coffee maker is slow to brew. Easily 10 minutes for a K- cup of coffee. Seemed very stingy with their paper products I listed above. They should have corn home, horse shoe available since there’s not much to do there. They had a walk trail to the beach but be warned it’s a quarter mile walk and the path was not clear. We had to walk through tall grass & it wasn’t ideal for my in laws In their mid 60’s. When I tried to message before checking in, they took days then evolve would say here is the main contact. They bounced us around. The deck needs painting as it’s peeling pretty bad. They did offer fire wood and propane but we felt that we weren’t prepared with toiletries and have never had this issue. 2 days later we went to urgent care because my daughter got ringworm from the hot tub and her cousin who used it a lot

Festival place doesn’t have propane we asked about it not responded hot tub is dirty WiFi don’t work at alllllll places is so dirty for this place one star is too much

Great place to stay at. We celebrated my daughters 19th birthday and she wanted to go to see snow. This location has amazing views and didn’t disappoint at all. The house is in very good conditions. We enjoyed it as well as the hot tub.

This home was very cozy, they even had a Christmas tree up when we arrived! It has a beautiful view and a nice area to walk to the lake. Everything was clean and we had a great time unwinding and relaxing there for a few days. My family would definitely rent this place again.
