The rooms are nice, well designed, and quite comfortable – everything is available in the kitchen, bathroom etc. We rented a room with a small terrace facing the courtyard - also very nice. What is missing here is the communication – you receive nothing until you reach out yourself. First, I responded to the mail mentioned in the booking confirmation – that mail is not working! Then I phoned them in the morning of our arrival - to be honest, I believe they forgot or misplaced our booking. We even booked a top floor apartment but was placed in a room at the second floor. The receptionist told us “it is already booked to someone else”. Also, the parking is not working – you will have to drive around the neighborhood until you find a spot on the side of the road….. As stated at the intro – the rooms are nice, the rest needs to be handled more professional.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Es folgen beschreibende Stichworte und vor allem kleinere Kritikpunkte. funktional, hochwertig, modern eingerichtet Sofa nicht ganz bequem Duschen nur warm oder heiß, leider nicht kalt keine Garderobe keine Haken für Handtücher keine Ablageflächen oder Schränke in Schlafzimmern Preis-Leistung ok Zugesagter Kinderstuhl nicht verfügbar

The apartment is great! Very modern, pretty, clean, wonderful beds, and minimalist. It is equipped with smart appliances. The top floor (our apartment, 404) had a wonderful large balcony (no chairs, just a small table), has — unfortunately— “communication” with the other room, 405 ( the door was missing). Hopefully your “neighbor” is nice. Mine was not. I had a privacy issue that was “overlooked” by the staff. Customer service is minimalist as well.
