'Robins Nest' is a purpose built single level detached bungalow. It was built in 2022, and we chose to kit it out with the best technology and furniture to ensure a luxurious stay for our guests. We've put a lot of effort in to making sure our property is unlike anywhere else locally, and have themed a lot of our rooms to make your stay enjoyable and fun, as well as comfortable and relaxing - whether travelling solo, as a couple, family or group of friends, we are your destination in Northampton. We accommodate for both business and leisure travel. The property is professionally sanitised and prepared (by an external changeover team) between guest check-in's - we simply don't cut corners. A 1.8m wall rail includes hangers for clothes + luggage racks. A 65" Samsung Smart TV is mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed. Perfect for a lazy morning. Aspect from window is the rear garden which is not overlooked. Blinds are built-in to the window frame and are light blocking. "Bedroom 2 (Double)" is 3.30m x 2.40m. A small rail includes hangers for clothes + luggage rack. A 50" Samsung Smart TV is mounted on the wall at the foot of the bed. Aspect from window is to the front of the property. Blinds are built-in to the window frame and are light blocking. "Lounge" is located to the rear of the property with a view of the garden through the oversized french doors. Here you will find the 75" Samsung Smart TV with surround sound. Super for watching a great movie on Netflix or Prime. The sofas will provide comfortable seating for 4 guests. You will find a cupboard in the lounge with books and board games, as well as a DVD player and a number of DVDs. "Rear Garden" is a secluded spot to enjoy during the daytime or evening and is a sun-catcher from approx 10am until sunset. You will find comfortable seating and loungers to enjoy this area the most. Please Note: There is an small area of the garden that is under development and out of bounds, but everything in the listing pictures is available immediately to guests. "Bathroom" is spacious and includes complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Anti-bacterial hand wash provided at basin. There is a powerful rainfall shower over the bath. Towels are provided. You may clean these using the washer if required. Additional toilet rolls and cleaning material in the bathroom cabinet. "Kitchen" includes all utensils, cutlery and dinnerware that should be required. There are ample provisions of mugs, glasses and wine/prosecco flutes. You will find a microwave, a George Foreman grill, a Nutribullet and an Airfryer for your use during the stay. Please leave these as clean as you find them. There are a single oven and gas hob + lots of cookware to use. The washer is self-dispensing, and will have been topped up with non-bio detergent and scented softener before guest arrival. The dishwasher is digitally operated. The tablets are located under the sink. "Dining Area" is provided in the kitchen and will seat 4 guests comfortably. This can also double as a work-space. There is 43" Samsung Smart TV wall mounted in this area too. "Driveway" is located to the side of property (the left side when facing the front). You will find the EV charger unit here under the car-port. It is a Wallbox Pulsar Plus 5 meter tethered unit with a TYPE 2 connector ONLY
