Located in the heart of Filey town center a short stroll of just 0.3 miles to the beach amd promenade is our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment: High Tide. Located with its own private entrance, on the 1st floor, it has a modern, bright feel with smart TV, Wifi, sofas, and dining area. It's a little modern hideaway perfect for days at the beach and relaxed evenings out in Fileys lovely bars and restaurants. The modern coastal kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave kettle and toaster, and coffee machine, and all the kitchen bits and bobs you might need. There is a spacious bedroom with fresh white linen and storage. We also offer those little extras for your little ones and fur babies (on request). For children we have a highchair, travel cot with mattress as well as a fold out mattress (suitable for up to roughly 8 years) and stair gate plus a few little toys too. For your furry companions we have a doggy blanket and bowl. (please let us know any requests in advance) It's only a short potter down to the award winning sandy Filey beach - voted in the top 20 beaches in Europe by Tripadvisor, as well as being right in the heart of the quaint selection of local shops, bars, pubs & most importantly some lovely fish and chips! There is also great local access to walks and cycle routes. As well being located in the heart of the town there are lots of local attractions and days out within driving distance, from wildlife watching at Bempton cliffs, walks in the Wolds, pub lunches in Hunmanby and a day in bustling Scarborough or Whitby to walking the stunning Cleveland Way. There is a parking space available down a small side lane of the property, there is space for 1 small to medium car (the space is 4.8m long).

Filey is our Happy Seaside Place and now having found High Tide its the icing on the cake. Its a beautiful apartment, spotlessy clean, very relaxing and just a lovely experience. Thank you to our hosts. Gilly n Richard
High tide is a fantastic place to stay in Filey. Central and in easy walking distance to the town centre and to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. We had our baby with us and it was great that a highchair and baby bath was provided. We can't wait to come back!
We had a very relaxing 2 nights at kates place. It was super clean and exactly as described and just like the pictures. Its amazing how they converted this lovely old terrace house.. definitely breathed new life into it. Done to a high standard, very practical and modern bathroom and kitchen etc.. lovely and quiet area, but a stone through from filey T.C , and the great bubs/ resteraunts and lovely beach and sea front walk. Its so quiet, making for a geat nights sleep, in a very comfy king size bed. Only one very tiny criticism, it would have been a bonus to have a TV in the bedroom... But we highly recommend kates place to anyone looking for a quiet and easy access stay, to all filey has to offer, all within walking distances. Definitely a re book for us. 👍 😃
Excellent place to stay and fabulous value. Brilliant comfortable flat with everything we could have needed. It was extremely clean. We saw the cleaners when we checked out and they were lovely and friendly. Felt like home from home. A great stay with our baby daughter. Jane was very attentive and helpful. Location couldn’t be better. Filey is beautiful.
Had a brilliant time. The apartment was lovely and warm when we walked in. There is everything you need and the place was spotless. A variety of leaflets and books on interesting places to visit. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely be going back and passing details onto family and friends.

The coastal town of Bridlington is roughly a 20-minute drive away and Scarborough can be reached in 25 minutes.
The flat is located a minutes walk from the train station with routes from Filey train station to Bridlington, Scarborough, and Whitby with connecting trains to Middlesbrough, Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester, and London. Hop onto bus 12 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages around the area.
The property itself is located on a quite street with on street parking.
