Abstract Ybor is centrally located, near to everything with great dining, nightlife, concerts, all mins away. Enjoy the city in the day and in the evening, rest in luxury. Luxe Abstract is a centrally located oasis in the heart of Ybor City in Tampa. We are located on the 2nd level of a newly built 2021 duplex. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed. You will notice that we are minutes away from most main attractions that Tampa has to offer. We are a 12 min drive from Tampa Airport/ a short 4 min drive to downtown Tampa/ and a stone's throw to famous 7th Ave and all it's festivities. If you want a different experience, take a short walk to TECO Trolley Streetcars. You can take these Streetcars (For Free!) from Ybor City to Channelside, Downtown Tampa and also to the Raymond James Stadium (Bucs Stadium). If you prefer, Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft will be quite affordable as all services are in close proximity to the unit. Once you've entered into the unit, you will notice a change from the hustle/bustle and "Eclectic" streets of Ybor, to your own peaceful Oasis. As you enter, you will notice the tasteful yet professional decor. In the living area and kitchen, there are light filtering shades, which allow you to keep your privacy in the day and at the same time keeping the space well lit. In the 3 bedrooms to the rear, you will be able to have a restful sleep because each are equipped with light blocking shades. Features include a beautiful waterfall granite island, high end flooring throughout, ceramic tile in the baths, stainless steel appliances, 9' high ceilings, high end toiletries, a front porch with patio furniture, a balcony off the living area and a fenced yard. You are sure to enjoy yourself and make lasting memories during your stay at our beautiful Private unit. Only APPROVED and CONFIRMED guests are allowed access into the unit. - Living Area: Enjoy our stylish tufted styled couch under a ceiling fan, while you relax and either watch a movie/ TV series/ or the big game on the 65" Smart TV, enjoy a cocktail, or do both. Just bring your favorite streaming service(s) and enjoy at your leisure for any of the TV's in the unit. - Kitchen: Enjoy preparing your own meals for both you and your family in our open concept kitchen overlooking the living room. You are sure to have enough counter space on our 11' granite island. You can show off your culinary skills, while your guests observe at the (4) kitchen bar stools. Our kitchen has a Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils, Spices/Pantry Items, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Freezer, Kettle, Pots & Pans, Dining Table, Baking Sheet, and Wine Glasses! If you are a Coffee fanatic, you will notice the special coffee area set aside for all things Coffee. - Dining Area: Attached to the open concept Kitchen and Living Room, is our dining area. Equipped with beautiful Velour Italian chairs, you will be sure to enjoy a fabulous meal with seating for 4 comfortably. - King Bedroom with ensuite: Enjoy your own King suite, with a spacious yet comfortable King Bed. As you enter you will notice, the custom California styled closets in each of the 3 bedrooms. You can lay and enjoy watching TV on our 58" Smart TV. Your high end private ensuite bath is equipped with back lit and anti fog vanity mirror, shower stall and amazing organic/vegan toiletries. - (2) Queen Bedrooms with shared Bathroom: Our 2 bedrooms have cozy queen mattresses and both have 50" Smart TV's. As you enter the shared bathroom located right outside the bedrooms, you will find another well styled yet appointed bath, with a soaking tub equipped with a bath caddy so you can read your favorite book or enjoy just some "ME" time. - The 3 bedrooms include: - a King - a Queen bed - (2) Twin sized beds - In addition you will find either a queen or twin sized air mattresses in the unit. - Laundry Area: Just so you don't have to return home with soiled clothes, feel free to utilize our full sized LG washer and dryer for use whenever you need. - Front Porch - enjoy a glass of lemonade or cup of coffee and enjoy the Tampa mornings while you sit on our front porch. While there, you just may be fortunate enough to see one of the Roosters that Ybor City is known for.
