Visit this comfortable home - located 12/min from some of the top named beaches in the USA! (SiestaKey, Nokomis and Turtle Beach). After a day at the beach soak in the newly added spa! Home comes with fully stocked kitchen and dinning area. Bedrooms have memory foam mattresses and extra pillows. Enjoy board games, tv entertainment, outdoor patio, grill, as well as all the beach accessories you would need like chairs, umbrella, wagon and kids toys. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open concept living room, dining room and open kitchen where all guests can spend time together. The living room features a sleeper sofa, 65 inch smart HD TV with WIFI and cable, board games. The kitchen features a kitchen island with seating for three with all cookware and utensils you need to make a meal at home, blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The master bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress, 50 inch HD TV with Wifi and cable, blackout curtains, its own full bathroom with a standing shower, walk-in closet and a door to the outside patio. The second and third bedrooms features queen beds with a memory foam mattress's, blackout shades for a good night sleep and a closets with built in shelving for extra storage. The 2nd bathroom is located between to the second and third bedroom with a tub/shower combo. Behind the door you will find extra bath towels as well as beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry. GENERAL: Free WiFi, Keyless entry, complimentary toiletries, linens & towels, central air conditioning, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, in-unit washer & dryer, laundry detergent, trash bags & paper towels all provided. The kitchen has sugar, salt, tea and basic spices provided. HOTTUB: Recently added 3-4 person spa hot tub. PARKING: Garage and driveway. GRILL: Included with your stay for your use. GARAGE: Beach chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Toys and Wagon located here. LITTLE ONES: PACK-N-PLAY and kids roll away mattress. NO PETS. NO SMOKING or VAPING on the premises of the property.

5+ star rating! What a beautiful home! Everything you need and more is provided. It felt like a hotel with all of the amenities. Siesta Key Beach is also very close!! You can’t go wrong if you want to visit “America’s #1 Beach!”
Beautiful home in a great location, central to everywhere we needed to be in Sarasota. Very family friendly. My grandson especially liked the mini-Tesla car in the garage and water play table in the back yard! We would definitely book again. Thanks for your kind hospitality!
Eddie's home was beautiful -- it was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay including nice beach chairs. We really liked the privacy the fenced-in backyard provided. We spent time in downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key and the location was convenient to both. It's also close to many stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home!
The house was beautiful and clean. The beach towels and gear were very appreciated! Also, the extra touches (e.g. toiletries, laundry soap, etc.) were very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend staying here! Our only wish was hoping for an early check-in as we arrived a little early and saw the house cleaner leave but unfortunately it didn’t happen. Regardless, we enjoyed the quick stay. Thank you!
Beautiful hidden gem! Loved the vibe of the house, very clean. Not far from shopping and restaurants. Only complaints would be that the hot tub is listed as an amenity, though it wasn’t covered and basically empty. Had quite a bit of debris from the surrounding trees. Would have loved to use it! Water pressure in the master bathroom hardly trickled out for some reason, but seemed fine in the other bathroom. Everything was super clean, and really loved the beach items to use. Chairs, wagon, cooler etc! Such a cute, cozy, clean house. Smart TV’s already logged into streaming was also a plus! Would definitely stay again!
