Abbiamo prenotato la villa per un evento di lavoro, gli spazi sono adeguati e la vista impagabile. A 10 minuti dal centro di Colico, ma in zona tranquilla.

Please read before booking: buyer beware. This home is EXTREMELY dated. For the price, one would expect a thorough walkthrough. We had to have the toilet fixed during our stay, none of the showers drained properly, the security system didn’t work, the gate was broken, and the host couldn’t be bothered. For close to $6,000 for four days, it was a ripoff and has left our party of four executive women with the experience that we will not book a holiday through Airbnb again. If we could give negative stars for this location and host, we would. The views are the only redeeming quality, but on the whole the views are not worth the disappointment in the overall poor experience of this location. We would not recommend it .

Villa prenotata per un evento di lavoro. Assolutamente uno dei posti più belli che abbia mai visto. Una vista così è impagabile. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Villa perfetta per un gruppo o per un piccolo evento di lavoro. La suite con terrazza e il patio esterno vista lago sono la parte migliore. Totalmente consigliato.

PROS: This villa is large with plenty of space for guests. The views are incredible and the landscape is breathtaking. There are good amenities such as bidets and laundry and a large refrigerator. CONS: The building is showing many signs of wear. The deck is rotting, for example. The blinds stopped working in many of the rooms on our final night. The hot tub needed to be reset. The host charges fees for everything such as not taking out the rubbish, one hour early checkin, and we had to separately pay the tourism fee when they could simply take it from our bill. I think we also had some miscommunication with our host a couple of times, but it all ended up okay. OVERALL: It is a lovely villa with outstanding surroundings and nice amenities. For this price, I would not expect to have to take out the rubbish and pay extra tourism tax especially if it’s only a few euros and we paid thousands.
