Adjacent to the living area is the studio kitchen with upgraded appliances and all you would need to cook a meal and then enjoy it on your private balcony.   Off the kitchen, you have a custom tile bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, complete with spa quality towels. This deck is accessible to all 5 units in the complex. The community deck is accessible 24/7, but quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm – 7am. The Malibu 5 is conveniently located walking distance from the famous “Moonshadows” bar and restaurant - a New American eatery with a large deck overlooking the ocean.
