Really convenient place for visiting Birmingham. The cottage was lovely and clean. Slight hiccup with the towels not being out, but David was really responsive and this was resolved quickly. The pub next door was quite noisy due to a mini reggae festival happening on the Friday night, but only obvious in the larger room

Absolutely beautiful little cottage. Really close to the NEC and even though there is a pub next door I didn’t find it too loud 5/5 would recommend to anyone David was super responsive and really helped out. Cannot thank him enough

Lovely cottage, easy to find and David was very helpful when we had a problem with the heating and water which was sorted immediately. Although it does say there can be noise from the pub next door we felt it was noisier than we expected on Friday and Saturday night. There is a Morrisons almost opposite which was fab. 10 minute drive to the NEC. We enjoyed our stay.

David was a very helpful host - the accommodation represented good value for money- wouldn't hesitate to book again for this area.
