Beautiful views from this spacious house nestled in the steep hîlls overlooking Menton. House v clean and tidy and the pool a very welcome addition with the warm October sun. Good communications from the owners prior to arrival. A 20 min walk downhill to the edge of town and a further 20 mins to town centre. Easy to return by Uber back for about €12. A drive to nearest boulangerie/supermarket. A smaller sized hire car advisable due to tight turning in driveway.

The Villa had the most glorious view of Menton and the sea. The facilities in the Villa were great, the pool and bedrooms especially. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a couple of issues but our host did his very best to sort them quickly and efficiently. It is not really walkable to Menton as very high up but no problem with a car, it is worth it for the view! Anyone thinking of staying here should as it is a beautiful spot and a very comfortable villa. Menton is a lively town with an authentic feel in the old town. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful place with everything you can wish for. Amazing views and pool! Be aware though that you do need a car to get around and down to central Menton, as it's quite far. Also the road is a bit tricky to get down to so it won't work if you have a low car.

Très belle maison aux prestations de qualité. La vue est le point fort avec une vue panoramique extraordinaire sur la mer et la ville de menton. La piscine a débordement est très agréable ainsi que le jardin. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. La climatisation est présente dans chaque chambre mais pas dans la pièce à vivre. Le seul point négatif est l’accès par une route sinueuse et le parking pas facile pour les voitures basses (mais ça se mérite une telle vue !). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cette belle maison

Nice house with a lovely pool and a fantastic sea view.Need a car since the house is located up on the hillside. Kitchen with all necessary equipment and four excellent bedrooms.
