This house was absolutely beautiful! Well stocked and comfortable. The location was steps to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here!
We had a really wonderful week in this home. The location is fantastic (on the same block as the beach!), the living & kitchen areas are very comfortable and well appointed, and the amenities make it so easy to enjoy the area - from the bathroom towel warmers to the outdoor shower & all the beach gear you could need. It was a fun and quick bike ride to the boardwalk and everywhere else in Ventura, and the provided bikes, helmets, and locks were a lovely touch. Would recommend this house for anyone looking for a combination of privacy and luxury by the beach!
This was the perfect comfy home for our stay while visiting Ventura and meeting up with friends. We loved the proximity to the beach, quiet neighborhood and the walkability to restaurants. We did not have the greatest weather, but we still managed to get a walk on the beach every morning, and was treated to a beautiful sunset one night. The home is very clean and is well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms, beach gear, and laundry. The beds are very comfortable, too. I also loved having a manual provided by the host that explains many of the features of the house. This was a very easy place to book. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!
We had a wonderful time in Ventura! The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated. The hosts were super communicative and very fast to respond when we had questions. The house is well stocked for any cooking needs. It has amazing light, the beds are super comfortable, a great hang-out couch, and a large table for dining and/or working. And, it is on the same block as the beach:) Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at the home on Driftwood in Ventura. Suzie and Cody were excellent - very friendly and responsive. The home was lovely and looked just it did in the photos. The place was really well set-up down to the little things like spices, utensils, etc. Also having a separate office space was a real bonus. The space was open and comfortable with lots of light. The beach was just a few houses down the street and it is one of the best beaches that we visited on the central coast. Great for walking! This location is excellent - you are minutes from the highway and 30-60 minutes to many major attractions like Santa Barbara, Ojai, and Venice. You can walk to town (takes about 30 minutes) along the boardwalk if you don't feel like driving. There are a few restaurants within a 5-min walk from the house as well which is great. The Vons supermarket is right around the corner. Having a separate office space was a real bonus. We would go back here.
