David’s place was beautiful. A special retreat for a family vacation. With no electricity and candle light we enjoyed our time together and used the thermal hot tub a lot, as well as the warm fire place. The alpaca were fun to have near and Oso the dog greeted us and made us feel at home. Julio also helped us to know the area and the special features of the cabin.

This ranch was pristine and was essential to unplug. Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating and explained everything needed in the house. It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful ranch! Would recommend to anyone looking to unplug and get away from the craziness of life.

The cabin was lovely and just what we wanted for a day to get out of Quito. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing stay away from the city. My ONLY complaint is that there is a dog on the property. While generally this would not be an issue (he was VERY sweet and friendly), we picked this location specifically to take two dogs. One of them is senior and does not care for strange dogs. He showed up about 30 minutes into us walking the property and didn’t leave us alone the whole rest of the time. This made taking the dogs to the bathroom and getting some exercise extremely complicated. I’d recommend the hosts modify their description to include that there is a dog on the property, so that guests have that information ahead of time and can make the educated decision to stay there or not.
