Tuve la oportunidad de visitar este sitio hace dos años y he notado importantes mejoras desde entonces. Cálida y eficiente atención de Angel Velez en recepción. El lugar es increíblemente tranquilo, limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. Aunque se anuncia como pet-friendly, no hay ninguna facilidad para las mascotas. De hecho, me cobraron un cargo extra por llevar a mi pequeño chihuahua, a pesar de que no hay un aviso claro al respecto. Sin embargo, dejando de lado ese pequeño inconveniente, mi experiencia fue excelente en general.

Es war eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett . Gute Lage, um zu den Thermen zu gelangen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr individuell und schön gestaltet :))

I really appreciate my stay over there. The room is clean, the beds comfortable, the bathroom is inside the room with hot water. The hostel himself is great, a lot of space to rest and a nice dining room where there is a warmer. The food is surprinsingly good and the dishes well worked out, the desserts are stunning :). I think the location is really convenient : next to everything which make Papallacta interesting to visit (Termes, Cayambe National Park), also not far from the airport (45min in taxi, cost more or less 30-40 US$), for international travellers to spend your first or last night there it is perfect. Finally also the staff is great with good attention and advices about activities and more!
