My family of 6 and 2 dogs felt very comfortable here! Mike was very helpful with check in and other instructions that we needed. Everything was clean and orderly. The dogs enjoyed the big space outside. Thanks Mike!

Great host, great house, great location! The home was very clean, pleasantly decorated & the beds were super comfortable! The nice yard and yard games were a great addition. Mike’s place was the perfect spot for our family to stay!

Our family was traveling from out of state, we came to a very welcoming home, it had many supplies we were not able to proactively bring on a flight. Mike was responsive and quickly attended to our drive not working and sent appliance support. Rooms and decor were cute, back yard has plenty of space, we were 5-6 mins away from downtown - we were able to walk around Gilbert St at night for some late night food and drinks.

The house was very clean, well appointed, good decor, great appliances. and a large backyard for the dogs. Mike preemptively reached out to make sure my check-in was smooth as well as describing an easy check-out process. He had outdoor games available like cornhole and croquet, which is pretty cool. The house is also in a family-friendly location, in proximity to a lot of great places. Once getting settled in, we noticed a lot of little things that made the experience less than perfect. Maybe this house is getting renovated? Hot and cold water is backwards in the kitchen and guest bathroom. Shower heads are inefficient and drain hot water quickly. Master shower floor riser is short, so water ends up splashing out and on the floor. Master bedroom is on the east side and has no blackout curtain, making it hard to sleep after the sun rises. The main mattress sinks in while sleeping. While the yard is large, the yard is covered in weeds with stickers.
