The house is surrounded by large grounds with a vegetable garden, fruit orchard and a swimming pool! On the ground floor : - The main room which is more than 50 m2 with living room, dining room and kitchen. TV, DVD, Wifi, books, etc. - A bedroom (1 bed 160, desk, wardrobe) - 1 shower room - separate toilet. On the first floor : - A large bedroom (1 double bed, desk, storage space) - A large bedroom (1 bed 140), desk, storage space) - A corner bed for a child (1 bed 90) and folding baby bed (on request). Outside : - A large terrace west-facing with beautiful sunsets, - a pretty east-facing terrace for breakfast at the first rays of the sun. Starry skies everywhere. Barbecue, deckchairs, swimming pool (3,50 * 7 meters), garden tables and chairs, etc. During the exchanges, we can be present in the barn adjoining the house. We have our own terrace without visibility on yours. If we are present, we reserve us the possibility to be at the pool for 1 to 2 hours per day, according to schedules to be defined with you. No smoking inside. No parties (quiet environnement).
