Pro: The house itself was beautiful and had many fun amenities for our group trip. Con: 1. They say 'pet friendly' but that's not completely true. They charge one cat for $400 and a dog for $300. 2. We brought a big speaker, played music outdoors thinking it's a secluded place. They soon let us know neighbors are complaining and we might get fined, so we turned the music down and moved indoors for the later part of the night and the whole next day. But we kept getting complaints (7) even though we sound checked outside of the house multiple times and couldn't hear anything just 10 ft away. We tried to contact the management company but I was unable to (the message system was one-sided) 3. 2 queen beds don't have linens, one of our friends slept on the mattress without anything and the other used blankets downstairs 4. There were a few broken things but not a big problem 5. The water stops if you take a 10 min+ shower, and you have to wait It was both frustrating & an exciting exp
