My favorite part about our stay in Bayou Vista was every morning walking outside and being greeted by the water in the bayou and palm trees swaying. We loved the ducks on the water, paddling in our SUP or kayak, proximity to Galveston, and serenity of having a home on the waterfront. While the home needed some de-cluttering and a deeper clean, the layout is fantastic with 3 beds in one room upstairs with a cute little tiny loft and a double bed in the other room upstairs. Fit our 4 kids perfect. Then the master bedroom downstairs, the bed was comfy. Very responsive and attentive host!

Nice place near all the attraction. Outside deck well equipped with all you can need to stay outside.( fireplace, patio… )

House was great. A slice of paradise on the canal. Mary was a great host.
