L’endroit est un petit joyau, calme, familial et pittoresque. La villa est idéalement située , facile d’accès. Elle est très agréable, confortable et fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé un merveilleux et inoubliable séjour. Federico est très sympathique. Il nous a très bien accueilli et était hyper disponible à nos demandes. Je recommande sans réserve.

This is an amazing property. There is a huge amount of usable outdoor space which was perfect for us and our two small children. The garden and pool area is great and the outdoor kitchen and dining area are perfect for al fresco eating and drinking in a large group. The bedrooms are each air conditioned with their own smart TV and ensuite, and the beds are great. We spent a lot of time outdoors here and being able to walk the ocean to go for swims and the local bars and restaurants was awesome. Federico was a great communicator and we used some of his recommendations which were top notch. Everything went smoothly. There are also a lot of cool little seaside and inland towns nearby to see. I’d definitely come back here again!

We loved our stay at this house! We were 2 adults, a 4 year old and a baby. The villa itself is newly renovated and has a very calm, clean feeling. The decorations are suited to the coastal location. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and felt very safe. It’s walkable to a cafe and restaurant, as well as a place to swim and the views there are incredible. A supermarket and other shops are about 10 mins drive away but there is also a small shop in the village. Stunning sandy beaches and beach clubs are about 25mins drive, but the rocky coast is only a few minutes away (perfect if we hadn’t had kids with us!) Plenty of places to eat and visit only a short drive away. The pool and outside area are really well kept and there is a lot of space. Extra fridge and grill etc outside. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and there were both indoor and outdoor showers. No baby equipment at the house, but Federico found us a highchair when we asked and there are swings and a playhouse in the garden for young children. Federico has lots of local knowledge and shared information and ideas for places to visit, eat, shop and local events. He was really quick to respond to any questions we had and we would absolutely book a house with him again (probably this one in fact!)

Very nice exterior, but the interior deserves a big renovation. Everything is old and low end. The bedding is not that great at all. Frederico is very friendly and accommodating.
