Wow! What a beautiful apartment! Mario's apartment is modern, spacious and very well equipped. It has two balconies and being on the top floor, has beautiful views. There are mosquito nets on the bedroom window and the balcony doors and the air conditioning works well. The bed is very comfortable. We appreciated the crisp white sheets and the plentiful supply of towels. It is situated in an excellent position, a 6 minute easy walk from the station and about 9 minutes from the town centre. There is a very handy supermarket just across the road and a marvellous take-away pizza restaurant a few metres away if you fancy eating in and enjoying the view from the balcony with a glass of wine. We loved our stay in Mario's apartment and we would highly recommend it to others.

L'appartement est très grand, très confortable, très bien agencé et aménagé. Il est aussi idéalement situé dans La Spezia, à quelques minutes de la gare et de la rue piétonne. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Je recommande fortement
