Seaside Vacations were very accommodating and responsive. The house was great, everyone loved the pool table room and teens appreciated the theatre room. Lots of room for multiple families. The hot tub was a bit dated and needed maintenance to come out to fix it. Mattresses could use some updating, beds in pool house were very squeaky. Very short walk to the beach, beautiful location in Corolla! Fun for multiple families!

There was a problem with our original property, and Taylor called and assured me she would find a replacement. She did and we were so thankful and blessed. The new property was bigger and closer to the beach and the price remained the same! We couldn’t have been more happy….Thanks again for Taylor, Seaside and the property owners for making it happen! I will definitely call reach out to Seaside for next years vacation!

This is a great house, that is well ventilated and with spacious bedrooms. The kitchen has enough and more vessels and cutlery. The surroundings are very neat and clean. The pool is not heated but there is a jacuzzi. There are plenty of board games for the kids as well as outside games. The beach is a 2 min walk from the house.

Thank you so much for the quick accommodation in getting us into this house on NYE after hours due to our other reservation canceling on us at check-in! We loved the house, location, and everything it offered.

Hello! First I will start with the good. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for Thanksgiving! The house was in a perfect location; corner home just 1.5 blocks from the beach, and there was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and eat and the double fridge was a big plus. There was also games for us to enjoy for adukts and children and cable T.V. Another plus was the elevator as we brought my elderly grandmother along who has trouble walking. Even though all of what I am about to write may seem like a lot, I would still recommend this home to a large family. Now to what can be improved.... This house needs a lot of maintenance. The outside needs a serious power washing as there is visible mold and spiderwebs on the home and windows. We also found a dead snake on one of the outside beams. Every room and living space had access to a balcony which was awesome however, we couldn't sit outside and enjoy the unusual great November weather because all of the chairs and tables had mold and large spiderwebs on them. When we arrived, there was hair found on some of the beds as well as some leftover water bottles from previous guests. This is unacceptable especially during COVID times. In one of the bathrooms, the cabinets under the sink were broken and some of the doors were very hard to lock. There was also so many dead bugs located between the windows and screens. We also saw dead spiders and spiderwebs on the ceilings and some walls. Lastly, we knew the pool couldn't be used during our stay due to the time of year but what we didn't expect was to have to look at a FILTHY Pool filled with green water, dirt and mildew. Especialy when neighboring home's pools looked like they have been maintained. Again, my family and I enjoyed each other and made the best of our time there. Please consider doing a serious cleaning and maintenance on this home before renting it again. It is too beautiful for us to have experienced some of the issues we experienced. It really is a lovely home and I can see it's full potential.
