This "adults-only" waterfront beach studio located in the center of Ephraim. Weekly stays in July/August. 2-night min in May, Jun, Sep & Oct. New flooring and paint, king bed, A/C, flat screen cable, WIFI, wet bar, pool, outdoor gas grill & covered decks to enjoy the spectacular water view with your coffee or wine. The only accommodation in Ephraim located directly on the waterfront with the best sunset views in Door County. Enjoy sitting on our private pier, and maybe enjoy a paddle board ride. We love Ephraim and know you will too! We are situated right in the middle of town, making it easy to walk, bike or drive anywhere in town or beyond. There are 4 studios on our property — two studios per building. We are about as close to water as you can get! Your studio is the size of a hotel room and is equipped with new carpet and LVP flooring, fresh paint, a new king sized bed, loveseat, small dresser, table with 2 chairs, wet bar with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, sink, dishes, silverware, and glasses, flat screen TV with cable, high speed WiFi, large tiled showers, and a the best view of the water from your window and porch. Each studio has one dedicated parking spot. If you are bringing more than one car, we do not have space to park both. There is public parking about a 1/2 mile away. Keep in mind that the parking is just off the main road and there tends to be a lot of traffic in the high season. Our large grassy area in front of the studio is the perfect place to relax in a lounge chair and take in the scenery with a book, a glass of wine or coffee, and to just simply take in your surroundings! We also invite to sit in an Adirondack chair or in the dockhouse on our famous dock. Please keep in mind that we are located on a lake. If you are familiar with lakes, you know that you are not able to determine how high or low the water is each year, nor what washes up on the shore day to day. We truly have the best view in Door County, especially the sunsets. We invite you to bring your kayaks or stand up paddle boards to use. Sorry, no boat trailers. There is a marina with parking spots a 1/4 mile down the street. We’re always available to answer questions or give recommendations. We live right down the street and you will see us around, cleaning the beach, moving the lawn, watering the flowers, or grilling out. We love meeting our guests! If you’re quiet and want minimal contact, we respect that as well. We welcome you to our waterfront property that’s been in our family for almost 100 years! We look forward to hosting you!
