Staying at the Kotch Villa Sky Suite in Treasure Beach was absolutely the right decision for our trip to Jamaica! The villa is lovely. The views are impeccable. The staff is top notch. And Treasure Beach is a hidden gem. Everything was as described and the pictures don't do it justice. We also appreciated the recommendations and connections that the staff provided to help make our stay in Treasure Beach wonderful. We would definitely stay at Kotch again.

What a beautiful and incredible space! Everything is excellently put together in a way that feels so tranquil. I highly recommend staying at Kotch Villa for your stay, you won’t regret it.

Villa divisa su 3 piani, noi abbiamo alloggiato all’ultimo piano, appartamento con terrazza mozzafiato e vista mare in ogni angolo della casa. Tutto perfetto, pulizia e precisione del Host top! Un ringraziamento speciale a Ricardo!

Beautiful place, very quiet and close to restaurants and Treasure beach. Jodi- Ann was a solid host.Gave out a list of restaurants etc in the area prior to check in.Security guy in the evening was solid as well. Name begins with L cant really remember.Forgot my keys on the outside of the room one night and he took it and put it in a safe place on his rounds. Views are crazy! And ohh Sally ,the cleaner downstairs was soo helpful when initially we thought the keys were missing. Jodi -Ann even made sure she came out to have a chat and say goodbye b4 leaving.Very nice host and clean place.Will recommend this to anyone.Ans will definitely stay there again. Ps: Love the idea of the wardrobe being behind the bed so it keeps the room extra tidy as clothese are all tucked behind so no sign of clothese all over even if u have clothes laying around.its all hidden.Smart idea.🤣

This place was amazing ! Perfect beachside location, very spacious, well designed and immaculate rooms (the pictures do not do it justice) and very helpful and friendly staff. It was perfect for a private vacation with my wife. I will definitely be back !
