I have no complaints. My group and I had a lovely stay. Princess and Anne were awesome, they were hospitable and excellent cooks! We had complete trust in them and the created an environment of relaxation. The pictures did not lie, the house is nice and spacious and the view is absolutely lovely. I definitely plan to return in future.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place. A long way from anything but we only left twice. Princess and Ann were amazing. Ocean was 80ish degrees. The beach is amazing. Had kids with us and they snorkeled for hours and saw fish, lobster, squid, all sort of things. Pool was great. A great experience

We really loved our visit to Jamaica. Minerva is a beautiful home in a perfect location. The drive from the airport gave us the perfect view of real Jamaica. Princess and Ann were amazing and accommodated our diverse food requests with ease. John was the perfect host for our bug outing to the falls and rum distillery. We can’t wait to return.

Booked Mark's house 'Minera Villa' for a girls 5 day trip. It was all of our first time staying on Treasure Beach. The house was amazing and just as described and pictured. What's not pictured is how awesome Princess, Ann, and Edwin are. Their service was TOP NOTCH. For our meals, we basically did breakfast daily and some meal later in the day (we are not three meals a day people so if you are also not like that, just let Princess know and she'll accommodate your style!). The food that Princess and Ann prepared was absolutely the best. We had jerk chicken, curred beef, fresh fish, and grilled lobster. If you've never done a house with a chef and caretaker, I would 10/10 recommend it! I saw another review that mentions bringing cash. I second that, make sure you have cash to pay for your groceries at the end of your stay as well as some $$ if you go into the small "Treasure Beach" area which I would also recommend. Mark was so responsive and I thank him for his hosting! Great TRIP!

From the moment I started communicating with the host Mark, it's been a pleasant experience right through. The caretaker Edwin gave us great directions & we found the place easily. The place is GORGEOUS. The moment you open that front door, you're greeted with the most amazing ocean view. We loved eating on the huge back porch while enjoying the view. The place was pristine clean. Princess & Ann served up some hearty, delicious Jamaican food. Both ladies & Edwin were friendly & very helpful. It was so relaxing waking up to the smell of the ocean or hearing the ocean waves crashing while you're in bed (so peaceful), I got the best sleep. Again, the view...best sunset ❤️. There are several activities/attractions that are about or within an hour drive. We went to Camp Irie Adventures, which was so much fun, but there is also the Appleton Rum Tour close by among other activities. All in all, we didn’t want our stay to end. Definitely recommend! 10/10
