This home was perfect for my family, very spacious and easily accommodated the entire group with beds/bedrooms. Kelly was proactive throughout the whole process to make sure that my group was successfully checked in, she was detail oriented, and even provided many great recommendations and local tips to maximize our trip. We traveled on a very busy weekend (races/concert) and Kelly still made a point to go above and beyond to ensure if we needed anything, it would be available to us. Would book again and recommend this listing to others as it is close to everything Saratoga has to offer while being located in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

We had the best time on our Saratoga weekend and Kelly aided in making it even better! The house was clean and had everything our group needed - from lounging by the pool and enjoying the outdoor area with the provided towels and pool floats, to catching up with all the girls around the big beautiful kitchen island with Saratoga snacks provided by Kelly, to ending our night playing some late night pool and then resting up for a day at the track in the most comfortable beds- the house couldn’t have been more perfect for us, or Kelly more helpful! She went above and beyond with recommendations, track tips, offering rides, and was so accommodating and responsive, which truly made our weekend of celebration even better! Thank you for everything Kelly, we will be back!!!

We stayed at Fairweather Knoll for a four-night end of the summer family get together and had a great time! So much to do at the house - the pool, outdoor area, and game room were big hits for everyone. We loved how the deck and pool were so visible from the kitchen/dining area and there was another entrance to the pool from the game room. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped - we spent a lot of time in there as well. The wooded neighborhood setting yet close proximity to town was perfect. The host, Kelly, was very communicative both before and during our stay, though we didn't need to communicate with her much while there as we had everything we needed! Can't say enough good things about this place and host. If you need to book in Saratoga Springs, check this place first...we will if we have the opportunity to be in the area again!

Kelly was extremely accommodating and even offered to drive us to where we needed to go. She was very available to us which made us feel terrific.
