How I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate our experience at Keensland Best! This space was not your typical Airbnb -- we felt like welcomed house guests in Kathleen's gorgeous home! The space was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable -- and family members had plenty of room to spread out. The home was super clean from top to bottom and the amenities (including a big 'welcome basket') were such an extra perk! Kathleen was so responsive and very accommodating -- we were, and are, so grateful! It was the perfect spot to call 'home' during our trip to Saratoga Springs to celebrate a family wedding! We definitely hope to return in the warmer weather and take advantage of the inviting pool and outdoor space!

Beautiful home. Responsive host. Group loved the house and that it was close to everything we went to. Stay was during the off season but house and near by places had plenty to do. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place of 8 or more

Excellent house! Kathleen is a responsive host. The home is clean and in great shape. It’s clear their family used this home for many years and cares about preserving their home while allowing others to enjoy it via AirBnb. Fit our group of 12 perfectly but woukd definitely fit more if allowed (limit is 12). Great retreat for the holidays or just to get away with a bunch of friends.

A well maintained home, this place fit our large gang of 12 friends like a glove. The kitchen was nicely equipped, the spaces were easy to hang out in, the beds were comfortable, the bedrooms housed our 6 couples nicely, and the pool, though closed for the season, tempts our return in warmer weather. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful to walk about.Kathleen was very responsive to all my texts and inquiries. A lovely weekend was had by all.
