It was my first time to visit the Philippines and I wasn't sure how convenient the area is but it was much more I expected. There is a nice cafe downstairs from the apartment, many shops within walkable distance, a nice clean gym at the same building and the host is very kind and helped me check-in. No doubt Katrina has great reviews. Highly recommended

As a student, the unit was conveniently placed near my school. The location was nice because there are canteens near the place. The unit was very clean and new. The appliances was easy to use and very helpful. The host and co-host were very kind and approachable.

Thank you Ms. Katrina & Ms. Candy for accommodating us especially for the early check in and late check out. Appreciate the fast replies regarding our queries. The unit offers basic amenities like hot shower, ref, microwave, water heater, oven toaster and rice cooker. I recommend this place.
