The house and it’s decoration are exquisite. It is comfortable with aircon in the bedrooms and shady spots to eat. The terraced gardens with boule court and multiple dining areas are more like a hotel, they are so plentiful and the planting so well thought out and kept. The pool is great fun and large enough for a whole family to splash around in. It’s near the road, but it is private and the noise, although there, didn’t bother us. There is such joy to be had just from being at the house, there was little motivation to go out! When we did go, we had a great time, with Ambra helping us out with advice and restaurants. It’s a lovely area of Calabria, we felt it wasn’t worth travelling to farther flung famous beaches, as was the original intention. The nearby attractions are great, and the steps down to the clear blue seas, the private beach and the view to Etna are more than enough! Wonderful! Thanks so much xx

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa von Ambra verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt am felsigen Steilhang über dem Meer. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll mit vielen liebevollen und persönlichen Gegenständen eingerichtet. Es gibt mehrere traumhafte Terrassen auf denen gegessen oder entspannt werden kann. Von überall kann das Meer gesehen werden. Die Küste von Sizilien und der Ätna sind gut zu sehen. Der wunderschöne Garten mit Palmen, Zypressen, Agaven und Kakteen mit vielen schattigen Plätzen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Von hier kann nach Sizilien geschaut werden. Über eine private Treppe kann der private Strand erreicht werden. Hier kann man auf Steinen sich sonnen oder im klaren Wasser schwimmen, schnorcheln oder mit dem SUP paddeln. Ambra und ihr Mann sind traumhafte, immer erreichbare Gastgeber mit vielen guten Tipps. Selbst in einer Notlage (geplatzter Autoreifen) haben sie uns sehr geholfen. In der Umgebung kann man viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Vacanza meravigliosa. La villa è stupenda: pulita, completa di tutti i comfort, curata nei minimi dettagli, dotata di un favoloso giardino terrazzato da cui si gode di una vista incantevole. La ciliegina sulla torta è l'accesso diretto e privato al mare nella privacy più totale. I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni richiesta.

La vacanza è stata perfetta: casa meravigliosa, pulitissima, comoda, completa di tutto, con un parco ed una vista mozzafiato e nella privacy più completa. I padroni di casa sono persone squisite e speciali, pronte e presenti per ogni richiesta. La chicca è il mare sotto casa , caraibico e comodissimo. Una cosa è certa: torneremo sicuramente, è stata la casa migliore in cui abbiamo alloggiato con Airbnb! ❤️ Grazie Ambra
