We loved staying at the historical house. It was easy to check in and out. Old town and lots of restaurants are in walking distance. We felt safe and at home. Teresa was very friendly and warm.

The room was very nice, very "Antiquey". In the bathroom was a coffee pot, Hot water pot, Britta filter for water, a microwave and small refrigerator. There was coffee, assorted teas and oatmeal packets. a couple of things to consider if you are booking. 1. The stairs to the room are extremely steep and narrow. My wife had difficulty going up and down them. 2. The shower took literally 8 -10 minutes to get hot and once there had NO water pressure. very difficult to rinse off shampoo 3. While the listing does say there is a cat on premises but has no access to the room, when we went into the room, the cat ran in and under the bed. The information about the cat was at the very end of the extended description, had I seen it when I booked, I would not have booked as I am allergic to cats and I could not tell if the cat had actually been on the bed. I ended up putting a towel on the pillow to make sure.
