Pros: Vicki and her husband were very kind to me and responsive via text and calls. Vicki checked in every so often by texts and when the air fryer needed a replacement, Vicki went out and got me a brand new one. Her husband would also come to the guesthouse if there was a problem. The guesthouse itself was fine and had what I wanted/needed. The AC cooled down the small place fairly quickly. Laundromat close by. Fast wifi. For the price, I wasn't complaining. Cons: The guesthouse wasn't as clean as it could've been. I did check in early after Vicki said the place has been deep-cleaned, but I had to personally wipe down a lot of the surfaces again. The bedsheet and bath towels were also stained (not saying they were dirty but did not look appealing). However, they did provide a brand new bed sheet in the closet so I switched to that and I had my own bath towel so I didn't use theirs. Parking situation was very inconvenient. I rarely found parking space on the same street. As someone who works late, I did not enjoy walking alone at night from the next street over, since it's not the safest neighborhood. My personal experience was that I came across a lot more problems than I expected during my stay, but the guesthouse–in and of itself–was okay.

Vicki’s very supportive and her place was very clean and felt new. Because it’s an outhouse, the layout is a bit tight. It’s priced well for someone that wants a bed to sleep on in a good location.
