Bhimtal · 整套客房 · 1室3床1.0卫 · 可住5人 · Himalayan LakeView Suite
Himalayan Lakeview Suite is one of the best places in the hilly town of Bhimtal. The property consists of three suites, one in the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each suite has a living room for the guests to read from the well equipped library, play cards or ludo. The first floor is ideal for a large group accommodating 5-9 people. Children love sleeping in the lofts and catch up on the reading ! The rooms are tastefully, decorated leaving ample walking space. What makes our homestay exclusive is our guests not only enjoy the hills but also gain from us , the hosts , to live without medicines. We are firm believers in Naturopathy and practise it on a daily basis. Though it is a BnB we do serve freshly prepared delectable meals
First thing first...... This is a superb place. It's a new construction and therefore everything is super-clean and up to the mark. There are two rooms they rent out separately and there is big common area (drawing room) and a kitchen (unfortunately non-functional). Second, the location of this place in Bhimtal is excellent. You CANNOT ask for a better location than this. Your window opens to the lake. The market is 2 minutes away. Everything is right there in your reach. Third, I booked this place for ease and comfort of my kids aged 5 and 2. The caretaker - Nandan Singh - is the real hero there. They provided milk on time as and when my kids asked. The food they cooked was better than most of you reader would ever get in your homes. Yep, I am damn sure! His daughter Preeti became friends with my daughter and they played together all the times. It was so easy for my kids. Fourth, Bhimtal doesn't have much to offer. We knew this beforehand and made it our base-camp. So, we planned day trips to Nainital (exceptionally crowded, should be avoided), Raniket (doesn't have much either) and Mukteshwar (heavenly place with some amazing sights on the way). If you want to explore Bhimtal, don't even think about it. There isn't much there and the temperatures aren't that low either. Last but not the least - our hosts. Hari Uncle received us warmly and welcomed us to their home. A couple of things happened there that shouldn't have happened. 1. I checked the cabinets there in the kitchen - just like that - out of curiosity. Something I shouldn't have done. There i found bottles filled with something strange in one of the cabinets and beer bottles and ghee packets in another one. I asked Hari uncle about them and he told me that they make apple cider vinegar and that's not for me. Later, I took his permission to drink a beer bottle on third night of our stay. He allowed. Later I consumed 2 more bottles without informing him. That might have pissed him. However, I had told the caretaker about them and had paid for them already. 2. I told them before booking about my kids and asked them if I need to book for 2 (me and wife) or for 3 (me, wife and the elder kid). They asked to go for 2. I was elated! However, on third day of our visit Kumkum ma'am asked for money saying that my kids are eating their complimentary breakfast. They're using the additional bed. I told them I'd rather check out. This made them withdraw silently. All in all, they stay was more than pleasant. Should you go there? Definitely! They are nice people (though with an inclination towards money). Would I go back there? Nope! Never! Would they host me? I seriously doubt!
We have no neighbourhood.
We have enough parking space for three cars other than ours. Public transport is easily available as it is close to our property.
