The property was infested with cockroaches and after talking to other residents of the complex it is just a problem of that property, there was a missing blind making the property not private and also meaning it would heat up, with an aircon that didn't work properly this was a problem there was also lights missing for fixtures. There is also mould that is a health hazard. I would not recommend this host after he stopped relying to message when I advised him of the issues

Paul es encantador! La comunicación fue muy fácil y cercana, y tuvimos algo de flexibilidad con la llegada. El piso es super grande y luminoso, bien equipado. Lástima que estuviera algo sucio… Aun así hemos estado muy a gusto!

Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice large screen TV. Minimal kitchen facility. Apartment is a 15-20 min tram ride to CBD. We were in Melbourne for the Australian Open and to see relatives so didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment. The area around Docklands can feel a bit deserted at times.

We had a great time in the apartment and in Melbourne. The apartment is very cozy and close to the city center and tram station. The bathroom was not totally clean as there was hair around. Apart from that great location!

A spacious and comfortable apartment ideally placed to explore Melbourne. A peaceful haven after the bustle of the day, yet only a stones throw from marvel stadium, southern cross station, south wharf, harbour esplanade and the free tourist tram circle loop that stops there. This suited us very well having a surprisingly quiet and safe locale. We visited relatives almost daily in Moonee ponds, Bentleigh and Brighton beach. Really easy to travel to each and to explore this wonderful city. Great apartment , great host , great city. Thanks, and hope to see you again!
