John and his staff were excellent. I was solo and had to launch a boat. John offered one of his team to assist me in launching the boat and backed my truck/trailer into a vacant spot close to my room. Parking is limited but they put my truck close by. When checking out John gave me a ride back from launch so I didn't have to walk. Very nice area and met several really cool tenants that live there. I would definitely return!

John's place is great. His mom lives next door to the unit and was kind enough to feed me Greek potatoes - yum! The dock was wonderful - a great, private place to sit and watch the birds and the boats go by. Use Google maps, and you will find much of Tarpon Springs walkable from this unit.

We had a wonderful time in Tarpon Springs and were very pleased with the accommodations. John met us there and was so responsive and friendly… his family has owned the park for 34 years so he really knew everything in the area. The place was private and quiet and we couldn’t have had a more perfect location. As avid walkers, it was such a nice walk into town and anywhere we wanted to go. The sliders in back led to a fantastic deck right on the Bayou with much bird life and boaters… just absolutely beautiful and serene… perfect place to eat breakfast! As small and cozy as the unit was, we were surprised how much storage space there was… there was a place for everything we brought. My only caution to others thinking about renting this space would be this… we are very small, slim people… anyone who isn’t would have a very hard time negotiating the bathroom, which was very tiny. All in all, nothing but positive things to say and would highly recommend a getaway here. 🌻

We loved being right on the water, and the location in Tarpon Springs is very central to everything. It was perfect for my husband and I for a little getaway.

John’s place was awesome! Super cute place for our weekend getaway! He was awesome and his communication was spot on! Great location made it even better!
