The owners of this property have gone above and beyond to over every fine detail imagineable. To arrive to a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates, to towels provided, books, board games, cleaning supplies (kitchen towel, toilet roll, washing up liquid, washing powder), was fab. You can tell the owners of this property have a passion to please every single guest. We received a message the day of arrival, the following morning too to ensure that all was ok, and to ask if there was anything that they had missed. Hot tub was a nice added extra. Short train ride to Bath, Keynsham is on the doorstep with its lovely pubs and bars, parking for two cars, easy to find, great for exploring what the area has to offer. Would definitely stay again, we would like to thank Richard and Louise for a fantastic stay. Strongly recommended.

Great stay! Fire place,hot tub, comfy beds, clean home … what more could you ask for! Richard was always available and communicated well! He’s a great host and offers a fantastic place to stay!

Nicely presented house, plenty of space for a family of 5. Great location for day trips to Bath and Bristol. Only small issue was the renovation work next door was underplayed in the advert, looks more like building a new house and there were builders being pretty loud putting up scaffolding when we arrived with a very clear view of us in the hottub. They weren’t working over the weekend so was fine, but maybe you could just make it a bit more clear for guests as to when it will/wont be noisy.
