My family couldn't have asked for a better stay. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The value for the price was ideal and the area felt peaceful. Moreover Tracy and the caretaker were very helpful, caring and accomodating. They ensured my family had everything needed to feel at home. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Tracy place was great and she’s amazing very helpful , I will recommend her place to any family looking for a big and peaceful place, one thing I have to comment that power cut happens in the house but didn’t bother us.

The place/house is big/spacious and beautiful. It did meet and to some extent exceed some of our expectations. The host(s) are very friendly and everything went smoothly, we enjoyed our stay so much so that we will be booking the place for our next trip to Arusha.

Tracy's place is one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Tracy was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions which was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this wonderful stay.
