Had a wonderful stay at Sixto and Lucy's. Immediately felt at ease and relaxed by the sincere warm greeting, and kindness from my hosts. Within 10-15 minutes of tourist sites in Ponce. Also, enjoyed the evening breeze on the outside patio while playing dominoes.

Lucy's place was great, just as the pictures and as described; all amenities listed were in place. The terrace around the apartment was 360, huge. We definitely enjoyed some morning coffee time on it. The place itself is not luxurious but had a very homey feel to it. It was clean and she had pastries, eggs for us in the fridge, water machine so no need to buy water, just bring your water bottle. Lucy herself was a wonderful host, she made good recommendations for local restaurants, beaches etc. Everyday her place smelled of cooked food that is delicious, offered to save some soup but we ate out every day. One day I hope to return and she cooks for us as promised. Overall we have nothing but good things to say, we loved everything about this place and Ponce. I forgot to mention we had a private parking spot (gated) and the old town was literally 5min drive. Around the corner from the place there is a pastry shop, Walgreens and 5min drive from Coffee House La Rambla (must visit!)
