Lovely cottage in a quiet leafy area. Blissful that you wake up to the beautiful sounds of birds chirping and go to bed with the stars glistening in the sky bright as diamonds. Would love to return - I did not want to leave. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We loved our stay at New Yatt Farm :-) It was warm, cosy and perfect for our two night getaway. Fab location and great walks for us and the dogs straight from the doorstep. The cottage has a lovely enclosed garden, cosy log burner, luxurious bed linen and towels, great kitchen and we loved the open plan layout. The bathroom is very small but has all you need and it adds to the special character of the place. We would definitely stay again.

Great property for a bolthole during a Cotswolds tour. We really felt at home and had no issues at all during our stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely cottage with a nice kitchen and sitting room area. Great log burner! Rooms upstairs are a little small but we knew that when we booked.

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 kids. The cottage was very comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras. We loved the log burner. Super walks on our doorstep, lovely pubs nearby (thanks for your recommendations Alan) and a great base to visit Oxford too. We hope to come back!
