Tom's place was warm and cozy and the perfect little retreat for me, my guy and our dog. Being surrounded by the redwood trees was so serene! My favorite room was the bathroom and the room just outside the bathroom. We will definitely be back!

Tom was a great host, communicative and responsive. The airbnb was cute and comfortable. Just the right size for a couple and a dog. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great too. Just the right amount of amenities. The backyard was also amazing, and fenced in, so our dog could run around. There is someone in the unit next door/above that you can at times hear but generally we felt like we were alone on the property the whole time. This is a residential neighborhood, so there were sounds of the community. Buzzing of a saw from nearby neighbor working on their house. Next door neighbor had a small Westie that barked when we passed but you normally couldn’t hear it. The next door neighbor hits golf balls against a wall, throughout the day. This latter was a bit annoying and you can hear it from the house. Still it is a good value, comfortable with all you need, in a beautiful setting with a beautiful neighborhood, and for the most part, very quiet.

Beautiful place. Surrounded by redwoods, wineries and restaurants. It’s a two level apartment with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There’s another unit on the right side of the building. It’s a short way down a dirt road in a forest, with a dirt driveway shared with the neighbor next door. There’s a small koi pond in the fenced in yard along with patio furniture, grill, and plants. The interior is modern and clean. Kitchen and bathroom are recently redone, there’s a washer/drier and dishwasher. It’s in the woods but not too remote, neighbors are close by and so is Guerneville.
