Great place for a few days stay, very central. Although, make sure to know you have to pay 250 pounds security deposit which wasn’t very clear when booking.

Great location and good value. Place is a bit tired and could do with a little TLC but for the money it was perfect for me and my family. Easy to get into town and explore fabulous Belfast. Wouldn’t have a problem with staying here again.

Ad essere onesti l'appartamento non è poi cosi scadente e la posizione è eccezionale, peccato che ci sono state nella mia esperienza, diverse note negative.. Per tutto il tempo credo di non essermi interfacciato con l'host ma con una agenzia che ha dimostrato di avere davvero poco tatto e sensibilità nei confronti di un problema delicato che ho manifestato con la massima educazione. Prenotando questo appartamento non aspettatevi assolutamente molta disponibilità da questo punto di vista. Quando sono arrivato di fronte alla porta dell'appartamento (di per se già difficilissima da individuare - io ci ho perso almeno 20 minuti da quando sono entrato nella via indicata nell' indirizzo) ancora non mi erano arrivate le istruzioni per il check in. La casa non vale assolutamente quello che costa, questo perchè costa molto, non perche sia brutta. Come se non bastasse mi ha addebitato uno spropositato deposito cauzionale. Aggiungo che vi farà perdere un sacco per registrarvi alla sua piattaforma

Just a reminder to pay £250 refundable deposit as it wasn't very clear and the reminders automatically go to junk mail. The pictures of the apartment were accurate and the actual apartment was lovely but as mentioned in other reviews the block of apartments is less than appealing. The block itself has a weird smell for example and a bit bleak. As 2 young women staying here we did feel a little anxious entering the apartment at night but the neighbour upstairs was really lovely. Really good location and very easy to get to town, you're no more than 15 minutes away from some popular tourist spots. If you're a light sleeper worth mentioning the bar nearby can get quite noisy at kick out time so close windows. Overall for us it was a pretty basic stay as we didn't use the kitchen and were out most of the day but this is great place for a group of people to stay.

Great spot with easy access to just about all of Belfast. Apartment had everything it needed and check in and out process was as smooth as it gets.
