The location is located near the city center which was a positive. Great pubs and stores nearby. The home is steps away from a flour factory which creates a lot of noise from trucks and workers. The workers take their breaks just outside of the front door of the unit and cigarette smoke drifts into open doors and windows. The management company requested a security deposit the day before check in. The request was sent to our personal email address. We contacted Airbnb for resolution. After checkout, they indicated we would receive a full refund of the deposit but it has yet to occur. We again reached out to Airbnb and after researching the issue, they indicated they would contact Central to have the issue the rest of the refund. Still waiting. Bedding - As others have commented, the mattresses are ancient. You can feel the springs and it makes for an uncomfortable night. In summary - good area to stay if you are in Belfast. We would never rent this unit or from this company again.

House was lovely but a few plates in the kitchen were dirty. No dishwasher either. Next door to a bread factory so from 3.30 in the morning beeping from lorries reversing along the road so front bedroom gets disturbed. Location really good to everything but there were a few dodgy characters that hung around injecting drugs.
