Un séjour relaxant dans une magnifique maison. La maison se trouve dans un coin reculé, nous en avons profité pour nous reposer. Olver est un super hôte, il est très serviable et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins. Merci Olver de ton aide et je recommande un séjour à Casa Panoramica Cristal.

Quedarme en ésta casa fué exactamente lo que esperaba, desde la llegada hasta la salida todo estuvo muy organizado, la limpieza impecable, la cama demasiado comfortable tanto que me costaba levantarme, y la ducha ahhh... Fabulosa, no quieres salir!! 1 sala de estar y otra de televisión con Chimenea.... Siii chimenea que disfruté al máximo, ya que hacía mucho frío en la zona Por otra parte me encantó la cocina, muy bien equipada, el menaje muy moderno, hasta la lavandería todo muy bien organizado. En resumen, si vienes a Monteverde, quieres disfrutar de la zona y a la vez descansar en un lugar tan acogedor, hermoso y lleno de paz, no dudes en quedarte en éste hospedaje. Se nota que los anfitriones han tomado su tiempo y dedicación en cada detalle de la casa. Totalmente Recomendado!!! Volvería sin dudarlo

Me and my family stayed 3 nights and that was too much for Monteverde. Two nights would be plenty to see everything as town is super small. We had a great time walking in the cloud forest with our toddler and strolled through the town. Oliver’s property is away from the town and not reachable if you do not have a car. Host does not speak English. Property is located on the hill side and wind was blowing quite strong in to the windows at nights waking me up few times. House itself was very clean and we liked the fact that shoes should not be worn indoors. Other than that property is nice and had a lovely view and everything that you need.

This house WAS NICE AT ONE TIME BUT NOT ANYMORE!! Cleanliness: House was cleaned days or weeks prior to our arrival & not very well. Upon our arrival we spent couple of hours cleaning spiderwebs, cobweb, dusting, killing insects & sweeping dead insects from all over of the house. The next morning we found more insects to kill & sweep off the floor! House has lots of windows that would have been enjoyable if they were not filthy. Bug Screens: Only one window has a screen the rest are either destroyed or are missing. As we all know leaving a window or door open without a screen in the jungles of Costa Rica would be ludicrous! Could not use master baths toilet because of a 2-3 centimeters gap between the screen & window frame allowing insects to enter which made that toilet not useable. 2nd bathroom windows do not close & do not have screens allowing insects to enter the bathroom! Hot water: 2nd shower loses hot water when master shower is in use. Kitchen: Toaster is rusted & only one side works & has cobweb inside & has about one centimeter of junk at the bottom of it. Coffeemaker does not make HOT coffee, warm at best. Kitchen utensils are old & very limited. We obviously skipped having breakfast at home & went to a nice cafe in town. Ventilation: The house feels stuffy due to lack of fresh air, a/cm fan or any ventilation! Starting around 9 am the house feels warmer & more stuffy! The house does not have outside sitting so you have to leave the property. View: Could have a view if trees on the property were trimmed. On our 2nd night due to wind (mostly windy in Monteverde) tree branches were scraping onto the roof & chimney of the house which made it difficult to sleep. Bedding: Sheets, pillows & comforters are old, worn out & uncomfortable. Location: House is only a 5-10 minutes drive to town. Must have a car to stay at this house which was not an issue as we had a car. Waze app easily directed us to the house. It’s unfortunate that the owner & or manager of the property have decided to neglect this property & continue to make it available in its current condition ON AIRBNB. I hope the owner makes a thorough inspection of the property & makes the proper repairs & upgrades. This is our 3rd visit to Costa Rica & we are moving to this beautiful country in early 2023 & we will most likely be back to see more of Monteverde but DEFINITELY WILL NOT STAY at this house.

Nice house in a very secluded location. Was very hard to find and Olver had to guide us in. Hard to communicate since the host didn’t speak English at all. The driveway has a huge drop off from the road so be careful! The washer is completely manual and hard to figure out and don’t open the windows at night because the screens aren’t 100% tight! Everything else was great! Nice fireplace and the garage is indoor and secure (great for changing a tire!).
