This airbnb is the definition of romance - private cabin with breathtaking views, comfortable and cozy furniture in a completely all-natural setting. We were very impressed with our stay, and your cabin made our trip extremely memorable. Having a glass of wine outside on the balcony overlooking the gulf and mountains was easily one of the best feelings after a long day of adventuring in Monteverde. This place is truly perfect for couples. Being in the mountains in this clinmate, bugs can definitely be an issue, however all the windows and doors were well-sealed at night (still be sure to bring bug/mosquito protection with you). We can't praise this airbnb enough, and it will be our first choice if we come back to Costa Rica! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place! This spot feels like an activity in itself. We didn’t even feel like we needed to explore much because the views here were stunning all day! We quickly learned the strategy: open the screen windows once the sun comes out but close the curtains to keep the heat out. Once the sun sets, open all the curtains. Once it gets dark out, turn off all the lights except for one near the balcony so that all the bugs and critters stay in that one lit area. We did see the occasional spider, flying bug and 1 scorpion but they tend to keep to themselves. All in all this place was stunning and we would definitely recommend it! Love the swinging chairs, and the views throughout the entire place.

Had a great stay here. Incredible views, can see the Nicoya peninsula from here, beautiful sunsets. Location about 10 minutes south of Santa Elena, check in is at a hotel a few minutes away. Easy paved road to town. There are a handful of cabins on this property, each with their own parking, though it is wooded and I could not see or hear anyone else during our stay so it felt very secluded. Room was great with big windows, plenty of space, kitchen with gas stove, very comfortable. Winds are very strong around here at all hours, the room stays cool.

The views were stunning. We enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the birds buzz about. The interior needs some lovin'. The check-in seemed more than was needed but we appreciated the guidance in the office about what to do in Monteverde. Close to everything but far enough away to feel the peacefulness of the area.

Spectacular location surrounded by mountains, valleys, and wildlife. We woke up to toucans one morning right outside our window. Peaceful and private space with sunset views. Hosts were informative and helpful with activities and recommendations.
