Natalie is very responsive even at late hour which makes you feel safe. Such a great place which has easy access to public transport and far from the maddening crowd in town, which is very near. It's very comfortable, cosy and clean. Would definitely return for my next trip to Interlaken!

This property is amazingly well located, 10 minutes by bus to anything you could need in Interlaken including both main train stations (West and Ost) as well as Wilderswil, which is the best station to access the mountains. The apartment is clean and comfortable, however some features and amenities are feeling/looking a little tired, which I have sent feedback to Natalie on privately. Confident if these issues are addressed this is no doubt a 5-star stay!
