Kathy was a terrific host! She and her partner were expecting me when I arrived from the airport, handed me the keys, and gave me all the information I needed. Their place is very clean and tidy and I felt really welcome! Kennedy Town is a good location to explore Hong Kong from as there are excellent bus services (and soon MTR) to the centre, yet it has a local feel to it and is not as crowded as other parts. Highly recommend this place for solo travellers who love to explore the city.

Great price for the location & size since it is a full apt w/ a separate kitchen, living room w/ dining table, and a nice bathroom with a real shower (w/ a curtain!). The mattress was thin but tolerable for the price. K&G were very accommodating to us, thank you

Kathy is the prime example of why airbnb exist. Do I start with her perfect pre-message instructions on how to get to her place from the airport or the fact that she stayed up to greet me with water even though my plane was a bit delayed causing me to not even get there until after 11PM. I was out most of the week but still felt right at home. On one of my last nights there, I even got to experience Korean food for the first time! I would definitely stay here again and wish them both the best.

Kathy stayed up for my late arrival, I felt so bad but she was so kind and thoughtful to provide me a bottle of water and a towel. Small room with sofa bed good for one person, if you do not have high expectation for bed, go ahead with this room. I like the window sill for storage,and lazy lying on the sofa…as most of the time the host will be away…it kind of feel like I am home alone. The neighborhood is quite and cozy. Basically no staircase required. Both Kathy and her French partner are friendly and nive to talk to.

Awesome! Very very awesome guys. I like them now=). The location is great. By the way near will be new station of Island line soon. The place is closed to Peak, it is harder but step by step you can do it, I hope=). The room is cozy with nice view=). Highly recommend! See you soon, friends!
