Parking= check (as this was my first time driving to Toronto, free parking was a major component of my accomodation decision. Once I arrived and parked my car in front of the property, I did not have to move it for the rest of the weekend). Self Check-in= check (my arrival time was already anticipated to be late in the evening, and my original ETA was lengthened due to the snow storm impacting the city on the day of my arrival, it is always a plus to be able avoid inconveniencing the host via self check-in). Location= check (the property was located just steps from Eglinton Ave, which is a major thoroughfare. Access to numerous restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. There is even a 24 hour convenience store located within the gas station, which was also approx. 1.5 blocks from the property). Hospitality= check (Andrew was appropriately communicative prior to my arrival. He provided any necessary check-in updates well in advance and informed me of inclement weather conditions).

Great find close to quite a few restaurants and coffee shops! The space is a full, large basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and entertainment room which also has a desk and chair so you can work! It is a basement though so if you’re a light sleeper/late riser/sensitive to sound it might not be the place to pick :) T Andrew was a great host and it was a pleasure to stay at his place!

It was a real delight to stay in this very well located, cozy-comfy place. We enjoyed having all the amenities you’d want for an extended trip to Toronto including washer and oven. Our host was communicative and helpful and we wholeheartedly recommend this BnB!
